ABOUT US

The William D. Roe President's Leadership Class Scholarship fund helps high school student leaders from the OU Club of Houston who have been accepted into The University of Oklahoma (OU) and the President's Leadership Class (PLC) Scholarship during their freshman year at OU. Our mission is to support and empower young leaders by providing additional financial assistance to attend OU and help them pursue their academic and leadership ambitions.

ARE YOU AN INCOMING MEMBER OF OU'S PLC?

If you're a high school student living within the OU Club of Houston area and have been accepted to attend OU and receive the PLC scholarship, you will automatically receive additional financial assistance from The William D. Roe President's Leadership Class (PLC) Scholarship fund. 

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN DONATING TO THE FUND?

If want to help support more OU PLC students through our fund, we have several ways of giving. We appreciate your contributions and we know Bill would be honored that his legacy lives on.
