William D. Roe PLC Scholarship Recipients:
Hannah Pike, Evangeline Carson, Jonathan Simmons & Meredith Prado
On May 12, 2016, a luncheon was held honoring and inducting the four new recipients of Bill's scholarship: Hannah Pike, Evangeline Carson, Jonathan Simmons and Meredith Prado. These four members join the 14 other recipients who have benefited from Bill's scholarship. Peggy (Bill's wife) Taylor (Bill's son) and Harvie (Bill's brother) attended the luncheon in honor and memory of Bill. The family continues to be grateful for all of the donations in Bill's honor that allow great students to benefit from the PLC scholarship.

William D. Roe PLC Scholarship Recipients:
Shirley-Luz Enombo, Kayla Taylor, and Meagan Zwahlen
Bill and several members of his family including his wife Peggy, daughter Haise and brother, Harvie, were able to attend a luncheon held for the scholarship on June 18th, hosted by University Development at OU. Bill was able to present the awards to the outstanding graduating seniors and he and Harvie gave speeches to commemorate the day.
